Riverbanks Zoo

After our last soccer game a few weeks ago, we went down to Columbia for a trip to the Riverbanks Zoo with MaSha. Tara, Matt, Leece and Madison met us there from Charleston, too. MaSha gifted the boys (and the girls) with tickets to the zoo for their birthdays this year. I love experience gifts! I'm so glad that we were able to find a weekend that worked for all of us too, especially since fall tends to be very busy.

That zoo is really, really great! We enjoyed it so much! It's much bigger than the Greenville Zoo and has some entertaining and fun displays.

Here's a glimpse of our day in picture form. Think I took a few?!? ;)

the entrance. Ready to go!

Lookie, lookie! What did we find here?!?!?! Ironically, Clemson had a football game against NC State at 3:30 and we were repping our orange in Columbia that day. How could we not?! So when we saw the Tiger den and a roaming tiger, we couldn't help to take advantage! This Tiger was on the prowl. He kept walking back and forth and looked scary. It was pretty awesome.

The BEST!
Go Tigers!
