We did not really do anything to celebrate New Year's Eve this year. We did invite MaSha over to ring in the new year with us, but other than that, it was like a regular day.
The exception to the "regular day" was sparkling grape juice. Of course! We let the kids in on the New Year's celebration. But it was only like 7 PM. No way they're staying up for the ball drop! But we did put the sparrkling grape juice in a (plastic) wine glass so that they could cheers with us.
These things are awesome! It was really fun and I liked being able to incorporate the boys into the holiday with us.

They loved it! |
Stokes especially loved it and will randomly ask me for grape juice now. He also likes drinking out of those specific glasses now too.
In case you're wondering, everyone except me was asleep at midnight. Between cleaning and wasting time on my phone, I managed to stay awake and was the only one awake for the ball drop. All the kids were in their beds and Thomas and MaSha were asleep on the couches. It was a raging party at our house. LOL!
Is it just me or did the TV NYE coverage seem really below par this year?
